Q3i (disagreed with EHC plan content, sections B/F/I combined) - council supplied per-year 'Content appeals lodged' totals rather than a percentage: 2019 - 13, 2020 - 29, 2021 - 43, 2022 - 49, 2023 - 32, 2024 - 93 ('*Please note the data above refers to the total of the appeals registered and is not calculated as a percentage').
